1-1 MINDFULNESS SESSION

In this one hour session we would take you through 20 (may wary depending on your requirement) minutes of formal Mindfulness meditation and then will discuss informal practice, as a take away to practice throughout your day whenever you feel weighed under the busyness of life. This is your time and we would support you to be you by listening to real you, just listening without any judgement. We will together go through the layers, recognise them and leave the unwanted behind. It's all about proving you with tools to cope with your situations and grow out of them to better you, which had been your dream for a while. Session Length: 1 Hour

To turn your Dream into reality, follow the D.R.E.A.M process.

  • E E is for Environment and Engagement
  • A A is for Action
  • M M is for Momentum

In this programme our coaches would help you Identify your core values, limiting beliefs & develop your emotional awareness with the ABC of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. Work on your destination & reason why & identify the potential obstacles that will appear on your path. Look at your environment & put in place practical ways of improvement setting your first point of action. Review of your actions, what went well? What went wrong? Set your next targets & revise your dream if required. Build on that momentum & work together on the final stages of D.R.E.A.M process.
